Oven-baked fish broiled briefly for a very attractive and tasty dish.
Cod fillets (about 4 oz., 113 g, each)

Sour cream
1/4 cup

Lemon juice
1 tbsp.
15 mL
Garlic salt
1/2 tsp.
2 mL
Dill weed
1/2 tsp.
2 mL
Grated Havarti (or Dofino) cheese
1/3 cup
75 mL
Arrange fish fillets in single layer on greased baking sheet with sides.
Combine next 4 ingredients in small bowl. Spoon over fish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, in 350°F (175°C) oven for 12 to 14 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Do not allow tops to brown too much. Serves 4.
